Wholesale Terms and Conditions * We are excited to work with floral designers and other wholesale customers in our area. We send out weekly emails on Friday containing information on available inventory both our floral and herbary gardens. Please add keepnthyme@outlook.com to your email list. Orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight. We will fill all wholesale orders on Wednesday mornings for delivery or pick up Wednesday. I understand that all flowers sold were harvested within 24-36 hours in peak condition, and that all varieties have a different vase life, dependent on care. We grow and deliver a quality product. We are not responsible for the storage and care of our products after ownership transfer has taken place. Once order is received and accepted by wholesale purchaser Keep' N Thyme bears no responsibility for product. Cancelation of order must be made by Monday at midnight. Failure to cancel an order by the deadline will result in a $25.00 waste charge. Payment for product is due at time of pick up. we utilize square technology for payments and will except credit cards and ATM cards. We prefer not to accept checks. Please note if this is your only form of payment a $40.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in removal from our eligible wholesale customer list.
