Meet Our Team

Willow Lake has been working in agriculture for 28 years. During that time, she became passionate about the links between human health, animal health and environmental health. Studying the interconnectedness of these fields as it relates to food security, disease development/transmission, and environmental health impacts that effect all. Gaining advanced degrees in Biology and Public Health as well as becoming an intensive care Registered Nurse and a Registered Environmental Health Specialist. She has 25 years’ experience in growing crops for produce, nursery production and in the floristry industry. A person that never rests, it became evident to Willow during this time that “healing” needs to occur in a multidisciplinary way. Where spiritual, food, medicine and environmental needs are all addressed to create the best lives possible for all of us. A complement to interdisciplinary medicine. Willow chose to pursue a career in ministry. Acting as a suicide prevention trainer and an intervention and post grief counselor has been one of the most rewarding purposes in her life. Allowing all the links and systems to come together to identify stressors and pathways to change. It allowed her to see where an immediate improvement could be made. She chooses to work a full-time job and serve the community to spread joy, compassion, and an open acceptance. Willow Lake has become deeply passionate and committed to the need every human will benefit from … memorializing the milestone events in their lives. 

These life events are what we build our foundation on, they shape our character and guide our life goals. The “Pieces” line of memorial boxes serves that purpose. Bringing memories to life, offering perspective and romance as years pass, and most importantly, leaving a legacy for the next generation to hold, cherish and learn from.
